Sheridan House Automation is a private, owner-operated property management system used in connection with the Sheridan House properties.Access to Sheridan House Automation is limited to authorized property owners, managers, and service providers acting on their behalf. The system is not offered as a public or commercial software service.Sheridan House Automation may use authorized integrations with third-party services, including Google Nest and property-management systems, to support functions such as occupancy monitoring, HVAC monitoring and automation, operational alerts, and property management.Use of the system is subject to the availability and functionality of those third-party services. Sheridan House Automation does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability, or error-free automated actions.Automated functions are intended to assist with property management and do not replace appropriate human oversight. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing system information and taking appropriate action when circumstances require it.Unauthorized access to or use of Sheridan House Automation is prohibited.These terms may be updated as the system's functionality changes.For questions regarding Sheridan House Automation, contact:
